Go behind the scenes on an award-winning 90 minute AIS Tour. You might catch some of Australia's top athletes in training.

Challenge yourself in Sportex, an educational and engaging sports experience where you can try wheelchair basketball, virtual downhill skiing, rock climbing, football penalty shootouts and more. Best of all, Sportex is included as part of every AIS tour.

Group Tours

Mon-Fri: 8.30am, 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm, 4pm, 5.30pm, 7.30pm
Sat-Sun: 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm, 4pm
Duration: 90 minutes

AIS Tour included complimentary with all school accommodation group stays*.

*Minimum 2 night stay required.

Sports Experience

Play on the very fields and venues where Australia’s sporting champions train and compete.
Students will participate in a 90 minute session learning the rules, skills and drills for up to three different sports. Additional charges apply.

Sports on offer through an AIS Sports Experience may include, but are not limited, to:

  • Ultimate Frisbee
  • Volleyball

    The Healthy Active Kids Program is a teacher’s resource designed for Year 5 and 6 Personal Development and Health and Physical Education students.

    With over 80 free classroom lesson plans that integrate into the Curriculum, including videos, games and activity sheets, your students can start their healthy, active learning now.
