"Having a program that supports athletes through their transition into the corporate world is invaluable. It allows Olympians and Paralympians to continue training while preparing for their professional careers. This approach not only helps them maintain their athletic excellence but also provides a structured pathway to success in business, ensuring that their skills and experiences are effectively leveraged in both arenas."

"Working part-time for Deloitte while training and competing as an athlete has been incredibly beneficial. It allows me to balance my sporting commitments with gaining valuable work experience and skill development. I believe Deloitte’s athlete program is a fantastic initiative that supports athletes in their dual pursuits, offering them a smoother transition into the workforce both during their sporting careers and after retirement. This program not only helps us build a professional foundation but also ensures we have a strong and advanced career path once we step away from competitive sport."
