The International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK) has defined and approved a four-level hierarchical international anthropometry accreditation scheme, which is now taught in over 40 countries world-wide.
Its foundation principle is the objective maintenance of quality assurance of measurements by requiring that all levels of ISAK practitioner meet accuracy and reliability criteria in the form of end of course examinations and the completion of post course profiles.
In accordance with AIS Sports Science Sports Medicine Practitioner Minimum Standards, ISAK qualifications are considered essential for any performance support practitioners undertaking surface anthropometry assessments on athletes.

Covid-19 may have limited reaccreditation over the last two years. If this has impacted you please reach out to discuss your specific circumstances. In the absence of that, candidates must redo the complete ISAK course if they wish to regain their accreditation.
