Cook pasta until tender. Add peas to pasta for last minute of cooking. Drain well.
Meanwhile heat oil in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add spring onions, salmon, lemon zest and cream and cook for 5 minutes. Return pasta to pan and sprinkle with cheese. Gently heat until warmed through. Season with pepper and sprinkle with dill to serve.
