Place chicken, carrot, onion, zucchini, sauces and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine.
Divide mixture into 8 portions and shape into patties..
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook under grill on medium to high heat for 5 minutes each side. Alternatively cook on a barbecue hotplate for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a baking tray and place for a further 8 minutes or until cooked.
Spread buns with avocado and assemble burgers with spinach, tomato, chicken patties, snow pea sprouts and capsicum. Serve with MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce on the side.
