Mental Health Awareness Month

The AIS is promoting good mental health and wellbeing in October during National Mental Health Month

The AIS is promoting good mental health and wellbeing in October during National Mental Health Month.

Key dates within the month include Mental Health Week (10-17 October) and World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2020.

We encourage you to mark the dates in your diary and get involved.

It is a great opportunity to share resources, promote the AIS Mental Health Referral Network (MHRN), learn the outcomes of the AIS 2020 Mental Health Audit and engage in a series of webinars on topics relating to mental health and wellbeing.

We have put together a list of resources that will be accessible during Mental Health Month.

  1. Wellbeing Wednesday webinar series - series of 4 webinars
  2. 2020 Mental Health Audit results - virtual roadshow
